 How to be happy every day

Thier are many benifits to being happy. You will feel less stress. More mental clarity. Thier are also many physical benifits of happiness, such has lower blood pressure and overall physical fitness. Same people might seem to be naturally happier than other. But every one can add some hot to their lives. Whether your are looking for a major change or just booking hopping to smile more, thier are lot of things to do maximize your happiness.

1.When you are alone your room are you bored let's play the music and do dance

1. figure out what's makes to happy

Some times the things to makes the happy are pretty obvious. For example you probably know that you enjoying having a day off form work. Buy you will have to dig a little deeper to get beyond the surface of what makes to happy. Spend some time reflecting on what truly brings you joy.

Ask your self questions such as, what excites me? What iam I passionate about? How I like to be remembered?

3. Accept your self for who you are.

One of the keys to be happy being happy to is to pratice self acceptance.
Recognise that acceptance is not the same has resignation. You can learn to accept the thing you cannot change without giving up on your goals.

4. Go out for lunch
Studies indicate that well over half of working Americans est lunch at their desks. Worse some people skip the midday meal hall to gether working through lunch can actually lead to higher levels of stress and lower productivity. So get away form your desk and grab some food.
Go lunch with your friends it feels happy

Take a break:
It can be easy to focus on all of the tasks that need to be done on a daily basis, rather than focusing on yourself and your feelings. 

Every hour, give yourself a break of about 5 minutes. You can go get a drink of water, stretch, or just zone out for a few minutes.
Taking a break is good for your mind and body. While you stretch, daydream about something fun you would like to do after work. This is an excellent mood boost.
 
Avaid using social meadia
While using daily phone it gives stress to the mind. give less time for social medias focus on your dreams. It time waste for everyone

Express gratitude.
Cultivate relationships.
Be kind to yourself.
Practice self-care.
Add new foods to your diet.
